Join AAPIC for a special evening featuring Susan Lieu's powerful one-woman show, 140 lbs. Susan will share her Vietnamese family's experience with escaping their country and the trauma in an immigrant family's lives.

After the talk, connect with Susan, a celebrated local author whose latest book, The Manicurist's Daughter, has been recognized as a 2024 Best Book by National Public Radio, the Smithsonian, and Elle Magazine.
