Asian Noodle Potluck is an AAPIC NextGen event in collaboration with Santa Rosa Junior College's APASS Club (Asian Pacific American Student Success). APASS is a one year learning community focused on the Asian Pacific American experience.
Bring your favorite noodle dish from an Asian country.
This event will feature a variety of activities like Make-Your-Own Spring Roll Station, Dalgona Carving, and more!
In case you don't know, Dalgona is a Korean candy made with melted sugar and baking soda originating from South Korea. It is a popular street snack from the 1960s, and is still eaten as a retro food.
Parking is FREE at the Elliott Street parking lot off Mendocino Avenue. Pioneer Hall is next to the SRJC Book Store. On the campus map below, it is marked as 3.
