We are inviting the Asian and Pacific Islander community to explore the relationship between physical, mental, and spiritual wellness.

Satish Kappagantula, an experienced meditator and educator, and Katherine Nguyen, a mental health therapist, will aid the group in the exploration of wellness practices.

Satish and Katherine will hold space for participants through a sharing circle to engage and reflect on their personal wellness practices. We will share approaches to cultivate rootedness in our bodies.

We encourage you to come and discover the richness of our diasporic experiences and rituals. Come, reflect, share, and be witnessed.

More Information

  • The workshop will be conducted in English.
  • Admission is FREE. We encourage all to register in advance since space is limited.
  • If you have any questions or require assistance in registering, please email info@aapicnorthbay.org.
