Ring in the Lunar New Year
Year of the Dragon Weekend Celebration

Friday, February 16th – Sunday, February 18th

Organized by the Chinese Historical Society of America in San Francisco

As the Year of the Dragon awakens, come join the festivities that will feature San Francisco’s favorite dragon as part of the We Are Bruce Lee exhibit.

Friday, February 16th Free admission:


• Calligraphy station of couplet banners at 11:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• Book signing by Anna Wong at 1:00 p.m., her book Doubly Lucky and Doubly Happy are from her ABC perspective, providing a snapshot into Chinese culture.
• Ceremonial performance by the West Coast Lion Dance troupe at 2:30 p.m.
• Free unlimited access to museum exhibits including We Are Bruce Lee: Under the Sky, One Family; Bruce Lee Underground, and Chinese in the Richmond.

Saturday, February 17th Free admission:


• Complimentary We Are Bruce Lee exhibit tours.
• Calligraphy station of couplet banners.
