Immigration Legal Clinic & Resource Fair
In light of the Federal administration change,
nonprofit agencies are preparing to protect the rights of immigrants.
The Sonoma County Secure Families Collaborative is organizing a series of six immigration support clinics from late November to early January 12, 2025. This is organized in collaboration with Sonoma County organizations and concerned individuals to provide legal and other vital services and resources to immigrants in our community.
The Immigration Legal Clinic & Resource Fairs will be held on Sundays from 1-5 pm in 6 different districts through Sonoma County. Check the flyer below for dates and locations. Some locations are not yet decided. Return to our website events page for future updated information.
No appointment is needed. Immigration attorneys will be on hand to provide individual consultation.
If you speak a language other than English or Spanish and need language assistance, please bring a friend or family member to translate and interpret for you. If you need further assistance, please contact us at info@aapicnorthbay.org. We’ll connect you with someone who speaks your language.

Organizations that will provide services to immigrants will distribute immigration-related information including:
- Immigration Legal Services
- LGBTQI Legal Services
- Know Your Right
- Coordination of Crisis Response
- Healthcare and Mental Healthcare
- Housing and Resources
- Disability or Social Security Assistance
- Taxes
- Job Assistance
On hand will be individuals and organizations that can help explain these immigration laws:
- Guardianship and Custody – in case of emergency
- Asylum
- Special immigrant juvenile status, U visa, etc.
- Temporary relief & executive action – TPS (Temporary Protection Status), DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals), and DALE (Deferred Action for Labor Enforcement)
- PCR (Post-Conviction Relief), TRUTH Act (Transparent Review of Unjust Transfers and Holds Act”, etc.
