Parol Making Workshop
Join us at the Sonoma County Central Library on Sunday, October 26, 2025 for a hands-on afternoon of creativity, culture, and community. This event is part of our AAPIC Connect Cultural Makers Series, which highlights cultural traditions and builds bridges across Asian and Pacific Islander communities.
Make Your Own Parol
Parols are traditional Philippine lanterns displayed during the holidays — bright symbols of light, hope, and togetherness.
During this workshop, you’ll learn how to make your own handmade parol to take home and display.
No experience needed — just bring your curiosity and creativity!
