Paid Opportunity for Youth (Ages 15–25): Learn About Careers in Peer Support

03/24/2026 4:50 PM | Anonymous member (Administrator)

California youth ages 15–25 are invited to participate in a paid virtual workshop to explore careers as a Certified Peer Specialist.

Hosted by California Youth Empowerment Network in partnership with California Association of Peer Supporters, this session will introduce youth to peer support work—where lived experience is used to provide support, advocacy, and hope in mental health spaces.

Participants will learn how to get started in this field and access resources for applying to the CAPS Academy.

Wednesday, March 25
5:00–6:00 PM (Zoom)
All attendees with a valid email will receive a $20 stipend
